Speed limit inside the park is (5) FIVE MPH.
If your RV or other vehicle is parked in a full service or limited service site, full fees for that site are to
be paid, in advance.
Children (under 16) may not roam the park unless accompanied by an adult due to insurance
regulations.
Children must be within your eyesight at all times. Do not allow them to play in the road, field behind
the park or in other sites.
No pets are to be left unattended outside, ALL pets must be on a leash and you must be holding the
other end of the leash. No Pit Bulls, Chows, Mastiffs, Doberman, Rottweiler, Wolf Mix, Malmutes,
or combination of these dogs. (Insurance regulations)
All pets must be immediately cleaned up after.
No mechanical work of any sort on vehicles is allowed in campground
It is your responsibility to place your garbage in the dumpster. Do not leave garbage outside your RV.
Do not place trash or any other items next to the dumpster. Do not place flammable liquids, paint, oil
or other items that can damage the environment in the dumpster.
Do not hang any laundry outside your RV. No clothes lines are allowed.
Sites are for one RV and one vehicle. Additional vehicle MAY be approved by management depending
on site.
Extra vehicles or visitor vehicles are to be parked in the overflow area, check with the office for
details.
All Motor Vehicles must have current registration and must be in running condition at all times.
No washing of Autos. RV’s may be washed, only if approved by park management.
Absolutely NO FIREARMS or FIREWORKS may be displayed or used inside the park.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or glass containers allowed outside your site or in the office, rest
rooms, or laundry rooms.
NO OPEN WOOD FIRES. CHARCOAL AND PROPANE BAR BBQ'S ARE ALLOWED.
KEEP YOUR SITE NEAT AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT ALLOW CLUTTER AROUND
YOUR SITE OR UNDER YOUR CAMPER.

| INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY - Customer shall hold Owner harmless from and agains any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising from any and all damages of injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer’s actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use or occupation of the RV site. THEFT OF SERVICE LAW: ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04(b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”. When you register AS A GUEST OF BCS MARINO ROAD RV PARK, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS. You also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if you violate these rules and regulations without a refund UNDER a HOST/GUEST ARRANGEMENT. |
