Average monthly electric bill $73.00 depending on usage

All daily & Monthly rates include wireless Internet, DirecTV,  and includes water, sewer.

Monthly rate are for 2 people 14 years or older

Charges per extra persons will be:

$ 20.00 per person per month

Two Vehicles per site only extra Vehicles may park in over flow parking for a extra charge.

$20.00 per month per vehicle

PROPANE is NOW available in the park we will be happy to take care of for you!

All discounts are 10%, and only one type discount is allowed per visit

Effective January 2017, Any Reservations that do not cancel the day before your check in date or no shows are non-refundable
